Terms of Service

When you create an account on Resumeva, you are responsible for its security and any activity associated with it. To protect your information, including resumes and billing details, use a strong password or authenticate via a third-party service. We are not liable for any loss resulting from failure to follow these security measures.

Resumeva is strictly for individual job seekers. Businesses interested in using our services must contact us at Support@resumeva.com to set up a business account.

You are responsible for all content you create on our platform. We may review and remove content that violates our policies, but we do not actively monitor all content.

Resumeva may charge fees for its services. Payments are automatic at the start of each billing period. Prices may change with a 30-day prior notice via email or on our website. Using the service after such notification implies your acceptance of the new rates. Downgrading your plan may result in the loss of some features, and we are not liable for such losses.

If you no longer need Resumeva, you must cancel your subscription through the Billing page before the next billing cycle. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful cancellation. We do not guarantee responses to cancellation requests via email and do not issue refunds unless a technical issue on our end prevented cancellation.

Purchasing our Career Counseling service grants us access to your documents to provide the service. Sessions are conducted online via call or email—no in-person meetings. Once scheduled, appointments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel services due to inappropriate behavior without issuing refunds.

Monthly fees are non-refundable if you have used the service during that billing period. Quarterly and semi-annual plans may be eligible for partial refunds. One-time payments for services like career counseling or resume translation are non-refundable once scheduled.

Trial offers and promotional discounts must be used within their specified time. To avoid charges, cancel before the promotional period ends. We may limit users to one trial or promo code and prohibit combining multiple discounts. Referral credits cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used by their stated expiration date.

If your educational institution (e.g., university or bootcamp) invites you to use Resumeva, you consent to sharing your resumes and usage data with them. This data helps them track progress and provide career support. You can revoke this access at any time by deleting your account.

We may terminate your account at any time for any reason. If this happens, your content will be deleted, and no refunds will be issued. You can also delete your account through the Account page.

Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using Resumeva, you agree to these terms.

We do our best to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or data security. Resumeva is provided “AS IS,” and we are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or functionality.

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply.

We may update these terms at any time, with at least 15 days’ notice for significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes take effect indicates your acceptance. If you do not agree with the updates, discontinue use.
