Encryption in transit
Every request to Resumeva is protected with TLS 1.2+ and 256-bit SSL. Your resume content is never sent in the clear.
Encryption at rest
Your data is stored on encrypted disks at our cloud provider. Backups are encrypted with rotating keys.
Row-level access controls
Database access is enforced per-user — only you can read or modify your own resumes, cover letters, and account data.
GDPR compliant
We follow GDPR principles: lawful processing, data minimization, the right to access, the right to be forgotten.
We never sell your data
Resumeva does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers. Period.
Delete anytime
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Account Settings. No support ticket required.
Where your data lives
Resumeva runs on managed cloud infrastructure with isolated databases per environment. Backups are encrypted, access is logged, and credentials are rotated regularly.
